It was just recently announced that Sting will appear as a special guest with the Philadelphia Orchestra on Saturday, January 30, 2010 in a performance sure to be similar to Sting’s amazing appearance with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra on May 19, 2009. This is a special Sting event not to be missed, and I would advise any Sting fan to beg, borrow or steal as necessary to attend this if it is in the realm of possibility for them. It appears tickets will be easier to come by for this Philly performance, unlike the corporate sponsored CSO show, with concert-only tickets available for purchase at $200 when tickets go on sale September 15, 2009. I hope to receive an insider’s review from some lucky Sting fan who is able to attend this performance because I serious doubt I will be able to go myself, although I would absolutely love to be there!
