I’m still mourning the loss of my beloved dog, but I really need to get back to the Sting watch. So it was just announced the final concert for the Police Reunion Tour will be held in New York City at Madison Square Garden on August 7, 2008 with opening band the B52s!!! Man I wish I could be there, I adore the Police and I love the B52s too! Here’s the Sting.com link to the final Police concert news.

How cool is that for these two bands to be performing together for the last Police concert EVER? Too bad there is no way I can possibly attend this concert. I have spent way too much money on the Police Reunion Tour already. I sure hope I can catch this show on Public Television at some point though, and I sure hope they include the B52s performance, cause I’d really like to see that!
