Many Springfield Illinois residents and midwesterners are wondering that since the earthquake in southeastern Illinois last Friday, April 18, 2008. We in central Illinois know exactly what to do during tornados, we face that every spring and instinctively react when the sirens go off. But when the earth began trembling at 4:40 am last week, I felt a bit unprepared.
