I was so happy to see that David Archuleta is back in fine form on American Idol last night (March 18 Beatles Week). He has completely recovered from his underwhelming performance from last week and was once again terrific. I thought Carly and David Cook were great last night also. I didn’t understand Simon’s negative comments for Carly or David Cook. I think he was wrong there, but usually his comments are right on track. I think a second week of Beatles music was a little too much. I’m definitely ready for another genre of music from the remaining contestants!
So who’s gonna go tonight? I’m not certain this week but I’ll narrow it down to my three guesses: Amanda, Jason or Ramiele.
It’s no surprise Amanda is gone, but I was surprised to see Carly in the bottom three tonight. What’s up with that? Her performance was great, so not sure what that was all about. I hope it is not a sign of a small fan base for her.
And what about Kristy Lee Cook? She been in the bottom for votes for the last three or four weeks now, and yet see always makes it through. Her time to leave has to be soon.
So all the contestants who made it to the top ten will be on the American Idol tour now, so Kristy Lee Cook just made it through I guess to go on tour.
